官方和. 非官方的成绩单

有两种类型的成绩单:

• 官方成绩单
• 非官方的成绩单

官方成绩单

正式成绩单是你所有课程的记录, 在esball官方网授予的成绩和学位. All requests for 官方成绩单 are processed electronically through 羊皮纸. 

非官方的成绩单

Un官方成绩单 are meant only for personal or advising purposes and may contain some "advising" information that will not appear on your official transcript. Un官方成绩单 do not contain the College seal or official signature and will not be accepted by other institutions or employers as proof of enrollment or graduation. Un官方成绩单 are obtained via the MyRIC portal.

如何申请正式成绩单

Requesting an official transcript is the quickest and most efficient way to obtain an official copy of your academic record, 所有此类请求都必须通过 羊皮纸. All current and former RIC students can use 羊皮纸 to send 官方成绩单 electronically or on paper to themselves, 教育机构, 潜在的雇主, 或者任何他们选择的地方. If you choose the paper option within 羊皮纸, your transcript will be sealed. Other institutions will only accept the paper transcript as official if it is unopened.

创建帐户

1. 去 注册页面. Here you'll see that "ordering your own credentials or academic records" is selected by default, which we are going to keep selected for these instructions. (If you are "ordering on behalf of someone else" you will need to have the learner’s information available and you will be prompted to enter your organization’s information and create an account.) Then you will need to enter your 电子邮件 address 并单击Continue. Please Note: If you use your RIC 电子邮件 address the system will find you more easily and you may not have to fill in as many fields during this process.
2. You will now be prompted to enter your personal and contact information, 然后创建一个密码. Complete both password fields and then click the Create an Account and Continue button.
3. You will receive an 电子邮件 confirmation (in order to validate your 电子邮件 address), with a code that you must enter on the Account Confirmation screen, 然后点击提交.
4. Fill in all required fields on the Enrollment Information page 并单击Continue. (Please Note: Please estimate your first year of attendance if you are unsure, and if you do not know your Student ID number please enter the last 4 digits of your social security number.)

订购成绩单

1. On the Available Credentials page (if you are not already logged in, 你的名字会排在你之后 登录羊皮纸)按“正式成绩单”旁的“订购”按钮.
2. On the Set Delivery Destination screen you are going to choose whether you'd like the transcript sent to a school/organization (begin by entering its name in the search box and select from 羊皮纸's suggestions) or to yourself, 选择“我要发送给自己或另一个人。."
3. 下一个 you will choose how you would like your transcript sent: Electronic (via 电子邮件, 最快的选项, 通常在24小时内收到), Printed and Mailed (printed on paper and mailed via USPS, 通常在3-5个工作日内收到), 本地接送(必须在校园内接送), 通常在1-2个工作日内准备好). Please Note: For Local Pickup you will need to identify if you will be picking up the order yourself or another individual. The individual picking up will need to show identification.
4. 对于每个选项, you will follow the prompts and enter the Recipient Information, 然后单击Continue
5. 下一个, you will need to sign your name using your finger or mouse, 在方框中键入您的全名, check the box consenting to the release of your transcript, 并单击Continue.

7. 最后一个屏幕将是订单确认页面. Take note of the DID # should youn eed to track your order. You can also track your orders from the Dashboard of your 羊皮纸 account.
